About Us

We brew beer that belongs to this spa town just as much as the springs.
Honest, craft-made, unfiltered & unpasteurised. No industrial line, no compromises – just our family, malt, hops and water.

Live beer is made by live yeast – pasteurisation and filtering would destroy this living culture. Yeast carries minerals, vitamins and proteins that are good for both body and taste. We brew what we want to drink ourselves, and we believe you’ll enjoy it too.

The best way to experience the quality of our beer is in the cosy, homely setting of our family brewery – with good spirits and a tasty plate to go with it.
